Shipping

Kaizen Club UK is a UK shop. Orders are in GBP and we ship to UK addresses.

UK shipping rates

UK Standard shipping is £4.99. Free shipping on UK orders over £30.

UK orders

Once payment clears, we pack and dispatch as soon as we can. Most orders leave within a few working days. Busy periods around meets and shows can add a little time — if something is delayed, we will say so.

You get tracking when the parcel is with the courier.

Packaging

Stickers, decals, sun strips, jet tags and lanyards go out protected so they arrive ready to use. If something lands damaged, contact us with your order details and photos and we will put it right.

Returns

Unused items in original condition can usually come back. Contact us first so we can give you the return address and next steps. Custom or made-to-order pieces may not be returnable — we will say so before you buy when that applies.

Outside the UK

International shipping depends on the product and destination. Message us before you order if you are abroad and we will confirm what we can do.
